Overview
PIVOT Dublin began as Dublin’s bid to be designated World Design Capital 2014,
this involved creating a comprehensive survey of the creative design work going on in Dublin city today.
The ReThink + ReAct exhibition showcased this creative work and explored the future directions for design in Dublin.
The exhibition was opened by the Lord Mayor of Dublin Andrew Montague with
Guest of Honour Finnish Ambassador Pertti Majanen. The Finnish Embassy kindly sponsored the launch night.
ReThink + ReAct was then moved to The National Library of Ireland to form part of the 2012 St.Patrick's Day celebrations.
